great customer service! shame the game bundles and monthly games quality has gone down over the year, but still has great deals sometimes!

I have no idea about the games or the customer service side of things but i got the no starch press ebook bundle, 18 ebooks for dirt cheap!! Would have cost hundreds to buy individually and got them in pdf format so can transfer them to usb, not tethered to a server at all. Got them instantly, no probs at all!! Fantastic!!!

Trustworthy and reliable website, no problem with a transaction or game key whatsoever. I'd rather avoid commenting on what the site has on offer, that is largely a matter of taste and if Humble Choice isn't enough, you can always take advantage of its -20% discount on all titles after you subscribe to Premium. One thing that could use an improvement is how some things are worded - I had trouble figuring out how much a month of subscription would last, and what it would get you. No trouble canceling a subscription so far.

I made a mistake by replacing PayPal addresses so I contacted customer support. I received a quick response from one of the customer support representatives - Richie. I'm writing this review as a praise to this CSR cause he did an outstanding job helping me resolve a very stressful issue.

Outside of customer service, Humble Bundle is a great company in general. They offer the best game deals and I don't think I will ever unsubscribe from HB choice/monthly. I recommend HB bundles to everyone.

Humble Bundle is a great website which offer decent prices on games, decent sales and a decent monthly subscription (which is a very mixed bag, has gotten worse in my opinion).
The main thing is the bundles which have been and still are a great value to get a lot of games for a great price, also partnering with charities and picking your own is great too

Recently, I started using pass from
humble bundle. Not always the games I got I like but it's fun. In addition, a few games were really good.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews about Humble Bundle, I've been regularly buying games from them for a few years and never once had any issues.
I don't use any of their subscriptions or bundles and only ever buy games that are heavily discounted on sale, and I would award them five stars but reduced this review down to four as they could with adding more well known older titles into their sale section. While there is a decent amount of good titles available in the sale section there's also a lot of budget titles that are available on most other sites for the same price, there is also a whole lot of DLC content filling the sale section which would be better served having a filter in the options to hide it from those who don't want it mixed in with full titles.
Overall, Humble Bundle is a great site for those who wish to grab some real bargains.

I have never actually bought anything from this site but let me tell you... The customer service is amazing!!! You may ask "If she hasn't bought anything, how can she know if the customer service is amazing?!?" Well, it all began when some jerk stole my debit card information. They then proceeded to purchase $240 worth of merchandise from humblebundle. Which is ALOT of money for a poor college student!!! The site showed up on my bank statement and I was infuriated!!! So I emailed them because they had not phone number to call and someone promptly responded on the next business day. I let them know that my card information had been stolen and used to purchase something from their site. Within 3 days (with emails promptly responded to) they informed me that it did look like fraudulent activity and promptly refunded money to me. I was so relieved!!! Thank you so much humble bundle!!!

I love their bundles, prices are good and their support is impressive. I buy games there for probably at least five years and I didn't have a single problem. They rock.

Great customer service!

A few days ago I had a serious issue that made me have to get in contact with Humble Bundle.
Even if it was a day away from Christmas, and being in the holiday season in general, they replied quickly and helped right away solving the issue.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service, it was fast, straightforward and the issue was resolved within a few days.

Honestly this is the best site for finding games for the cheap. Their bundles are amazing. I might only want one game in the bundle but at the price, the game is already cheap and i get other similar free games. If i really want a game and had to buy now, i always check humblebundle stores before steam. They usually have some kind of discount at that moment.

Definitely worth a shot. Humble monthly may not always offer cool games, but there are some solid deals to look for.
