The site was simple to get around, I didn’t have any issues at all...

I’ve found some good deals here, so that part’s been nice. The only thing is the emails come in a little too often sometimes, and it starts to feel like... a lot.

I’ve had my Humble Bundle account for a few years now, and overall it’s been easy to deal with. Changing my email, checking past purchases, and finding old keys doesn’t take much effort, which I appreciate.
I did have to reset my password once, and it went through without any weird delays. The library stays organized even after a bunch of bundles, though I wouldn’t mind a few small improvements here and there. Still, it does what I need without making things complicated.

I reached out to support and they got back to me really quickly. They sorted the issue without any hassle, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again if I need help in the future.

I mostly pay attention to the prices and bundle options, and for me they’ve been good. It’s cheaper here than I expected, and most of the bundles I actually wanted were available.

Got the Steam key and redeemed it with "no problem" at all. Super quick and straightforward.

They’ve got a solid mix of indie stuff and bigger-name games, so I usually end up spotting something I actually want to play. It’s just a good place to browse when I’m not sure what I’m looking for.

I’ve been subscribed to Humble Choice for a while now, i feel like the value is solid, right? Some months are definitely stronger than others, but I usually end up finding at least one or two games I’m actually excited to play.
For the price, getting a bundle of Steam keys just feels way better than buying everything separately. Plus, being able to skip a month when the lineup doesn’t really click with me makes it feel less risky, if that makes sense.

Not every game is going to be amazing, but I feel like that’s kind of expected with any bundle. Overall, it’s been worth it for me, and I don’t really see myself canceling anytime soon.

The only thing that bugs me a little is the charity side of it isn’t always super obvious, like you kind of have to look closely to see how much is actually going where. It’s still a useful site and I like it, I just wish the donation breakdown was easier to see right away.

So... I bought a bundle and the payment did go through, so overall it wasn’t a major issue.

The billing page was a little confusing though, and I found myself double-checking to make sure my card had actually been charged. The receipt also took a bit longer than I expected to show up in my email.

Everything worked out in the end, but the process just didn’t feel super smooth. I’d still use it again, but I think the payment part could definitely be made clearer.
